Wudang Tai Chi/Qigong Demonstration

 

at Federal Way Regional Library

 
Sunday, July 24, 2-3pm

Members of the Boeing Employees Yang Tai Chi Club will be at the library to demonstrate the ancient art of Tai Chi, explain the history of it, and discuss why it is good for you. This program is for ages 16 and older.
