Beginning & Int/Advanced Tai Chi Classes 6:30, 7:30PM Kent Recreation Center.
Learn the ancient Chinese movements of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan along with healthful qigong warm up exercises.
With diligent practice, you can not only improve your well-being and health, but also
learn to use internal energy to develop a high level of martial art skill and relaxed confidence.

Beginning Yi Ren Qigong Class Starts in September
Level 1-A Yi Ren Qigong Foundation class starting on Monday, 9/14/2009,
sponsored by Boeing Employees’ Tai Chi club.

Tai Chi Demo for Boeing 787 Diversity Counsil Multicultural Event
The Tai Chi club will demonstrate Yang Tai Chi and Push Hands on 1:45 PM, Sept. 17 at
above Rosies Diner in the 4-82 building in Renton.

Seatac TaiChi
Sam Kwok, a former member of the BEYTCC, is teaching Tai Chi with the Yang Chungfu Tai Chi Chuan Center at Seatac.

Monday and Sunday Practices and Bagua
During the summer we practice Wudang Qigong, Tai Chi and Yang Tai Chi together every Sunday at Van Dorens
Landing Park. Monday practices continue at 6:30 in the park until Labor day or cool weather makes us move
back to the Rec Center.
Several students are also taking an introductory Bagua class with Master Gui Bing Jin in the
International District on Sundays. We are learning to developing internal gong-fu techniques by walking the bagua circle.
