Summer Events and Classes
In 2007 we had several opportunities to practice Wudang and Yang style tai chi together. We
also arranged an introductory Bagua class with Master Gui Bing Jin.
We learned the 64 Bagua postures and how to develop qi by walking the bagua circle.
The class was very enjoyable. It was a small class so we got a lot of
one-on-one with the teacher, and
learned a lot. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements about planned events.
For more information, please see the Summer Events Schedule.
